MVC Web part Visual Studio item template

Project Description
MVC Web part Visual Studio item template to help developers make testable web parts.

The MVC Web Parts provide greater Seperation of Concerns (SoC) than what you find in the standard Web Parts provided by Microsoft. The main benefit of this greater SoC is that the Web parts become much more testable, which is great for us that use Test-Driven Development (TDD) daily.

Installation
Your Visual Studio Item Template folder is located at "My Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Templates\ItemTemplates"; download the item template from the "Downloads" above link and save the zip-file there without unzip'ing the file. Afterwards you can find the "MVC Web Part" when you select "Add Item" in your Visual Studio 2010 project. The Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern is documented at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model%E2%80%93View%E2%80%93Controller
